Afterglow provides a platform to view, like, save, and download artworks. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The artworks and content provided on Afterglow are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified. However, artworks that are in the public domain may be used for commercial purposes as permitted by law. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or use the content for public or commercial purposes without written permission from the respective rights holders. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mortara Studios LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
If you post, upload, or make available any content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you post.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Mortara Studios LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
